Hey there! Welcome to Markup Athletics. We believe high school and college sports are super important for building strong athletes and tight-knit communities. We started in 2023 in Accra, Ghana. Our mission is to help take on the problems that slow down youth sports. With a focus on teamwork and smart ideas, we want to create a healthy environment for athletes, schools, and communities to grow.
Mission: Help high school and college athletes by giving them a complete view of sports events and keeping track of their performance.
Vision: Change how high school and college sports are covered and supported by collecting and sharing data to shape the future of youth sports in Ghana and beyond
We focus on five main areas to make sure youth sports get the support they need:
Research and Advocacy
We need to understand the problems in high school and college sports to find good solutions. We research issues around facilities, resources, and policies. Our goal is to share what we learn and push for better sports programs in schools and communities.

Athlete Database Creation
Talent can often be overlooked. To fix this, we’re making a database where student-athletes can show their skills and stats. This will help connect them to scholarships, training programs, and scouts.

Create an easy-to-use platform for coaches and recruiters.
Help young athletes find opportunities.
Media Coverage
Every story of hard work and teamwork deserves attention. We cover high school and college sports events, capturing great moments and stories from the athletes.
